TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF PUPPY:
Deposit Requirements
Once you have chosen to purchase a puppy, we require a non-refundable deposit
of $100.00 to hold the puppy .To be fair to everyone interested, I cannot put reserved on your puppy until I actually receive your deposit, however if you are mailing your payment, I will hold the puppy for a reasonable time to give your payment time to get here. Your puppy must be paid in full by the time it is (8) eight weeks of age unless other arrangements have been AGREED upon between buyer and seller. We will at that time, schedule a date for you to take possession of your new puppy. If your puppy needs to be shipped, all costs of shipping must be paid in advance of scheduling.
If your puppy is not paid in full by the age of 10 weeks , it will be available for resale unless prior arrangements have been made with me.
Communication in a timely manner is important!
SHIPPING
Shipping will be actual costs of getting your new puppy from my home to your home.
This includes the airline ticket, crate, health certificate, Vet Check-up. This cost is usually in the $275-$300 range. International shipping may be more, I can find out and let you know prior to your purchase. Once you have made your selection, we can get together on the type of transportation that will be needed.. I have had very good luck with Continental Airlines as they have a Pet Program especially for shipping your little one. I am sure we can check other airlines for the best price. Also, these babies are so small , we could ship two babies to you and only pay one shipping cost.. Think about it!!
Health Certificate
Health Certificates will not be furnished unless the puppy will be shipped by Courier or Airlines, however I do not knowinly sell a puppy that I feel is anything other than healthy, happy, and well socialized. That is why I also give you a Health Warranty with the purchase of your puppy.
Written Contracts
Experience has taught us that any and all transactions, regardless of the situation must be placed in writing. This tool serves as a reminder to all parties what is expected and also as to what their duties and/or obligations are that must be carried out.
